on what basis do we fall in love ?
is it the eyes of a person
that resemble someone whom you love
like your mother's
whom you'll naturally, instinctively love ?
or is the the smell, the aroma
filling in the room by someone
since smell is linked to past memories
what smell might that be
and what lost memory did it trigger, did it bring back ?
what did that smell remind you of ?
and how did that smell make you fall in love ?

how does happiness exist ?
your brain releases a series of chemicals to your body
oxytocin, endorphin, dopamine and serotonin
all in order to make you feel " happy "
so does " true happiness " really exist ?
we rely on these chemicals to make us feel good, to make us happy
when someone lacks them, they're sad
they're depressed
and anti-depressants are basically artificial chemicals released through pills
into your blood system
to give you the illusion of " happiness "
so does " true happiness " really exist ?

with that in mind
when we are in love,
are we really in love ?
are we really happy ?
or is it all just
your brain
